Privacy policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Roaring ("Roaring", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit, use our services, or make a purchase from roaring.store (the "Site") or otherwise communicate with us about the Site (together, the "Services"). "You" and "your" mean you as a user of the Services, whether you are a customer, website visitor, or another individual whose information we have collected under this Privacy Policy.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using and accessing any of the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use or access the Services.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site, update the "Last updated" date, and take any other steps required by applicable law.

What personal information we collect

Information you give us directly

  • Contact details: your name, address, phone number, and email.
  • Order information: your name, billing address, shipping address, payment confirmation, email address, and phone number.
  • Account information: your username, password, and other information used for account security, if you create an account.
  • Customer support information: anything you choose to include when you email us or use our contact form.

Some features of the Services require certain information. You can choose not to provide it, but you may then be unable to use those features (for example, placing an order).

Information collected automatically ("Usage Data")

When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect information about how you interact with the Site using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. This may include device and browser information, network connection information, your IP address, pages viewed, and other information about your interaction with the Services.

Information from third parties

We may receive information about you from companies that support our Site and Services, such as:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and provides our checkout;
  • Payment processors (for example Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Venmo, Apple Pay, and card processors), who collect payment information such as card details and billing address to process your payment. We do not see or store your full card number;
  • Order fulfillment and shipping partners, who help us process and deliver your order and provide tracking updates.

How we use your personal information

  • To provide products and services: to process payments, fulfill and ship orders, send order, shipping, and tracking notifications, handle returns and refunds, and manage your account.
  • Marketing: if you sign up for our email list or otherwise consent where required, to send you news and promotional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
  • Security and fraud prevention: to detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, illegal, or malicious activity. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
  • Communicating with you and improving our Services: to respond to your questions, provide customer support, and improve how the Site works.
  • Legal reasons: to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect our rights and the rights of others.

Cookies

Like many websites, we use cookies to run and improve the Site, remember your cart and preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site. Some cookies are set by Shopify and our service providers. Most browsers accept cookies by default, but you can remove or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how the Site works (for example, your cart may not be saved). Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies.

How we disclose personal information

We may share your personal information with third parties for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • with vendors and service providers who work for us, such as Shopify (store hosting and checkout), payment processors, order fulfillment and shipping partners, customer support tools, analytics providers, and email marketing services;
  • with advertising and marketing partners, to show you relevant ads, where permitted by law and subject to your choices;
  • when you direct or consent to it, for example when you use Shop Pay or another Shopify service. In that case Shopify processes your information under its own Privacy Policy;
  • with our affiliates or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale of assets;
  • to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, and protect the Services, our rights, and the rights of others.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing for targeted advertising may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under certain U.S. state laws. See "Your rights" below.

Third-party websites and links

The Site may link to websites or platforms run by other parties (for example, carrier tracking pages or social media). We are not responsible for their privacy or security practices. Please review their policies before sharing information with them.

Children's data

The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of majority in their place of residence. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. We do not have actual knowledge that we "share" or "sell" personal information of individuals under 16.

Security and retention

No security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee complete security. Please don't send sensitive information to us by insecure means. How long we keep your personal information depends on factors such as whether we need it to maintain your account, provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access / know: ask what personal information we hold about you.
  • Deletion: ask us to delete your personal information.
  • Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Portability: receive a copy of your information and ask us to transfer it to a third party.
  • Opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising: where applicable under U.S. state law. You can also use a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser.
  • Restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent where we rely on consent (for residents of the EEA/UK).
  • Manage communication preferences: unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email. We may still send you non-marketing messages about your orders.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at Roaring@usa.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Complaints

If you have a complaint about how we handle your personal information, please contact us first. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to contact your local data protection authority.

International users

We may transfer, store, and process your personal information outside the country where you live, including in the United States and other countries where our service providers and fulfillment partners operate. If we transfer personal information out of the EEA or UK, we rely on recognized transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, unless the transfer is to a country with an adequacy decision.
